Documents appear to download OK using Chrome. We have been having a problem downloading the pptx and docx files using Internet Explorer. I have saved the docx and pptx files as doc and ppt to use if the 'x' version do not work for you, but there may be some reduced functionality with those. -Tim

I did find a workaround for the docx/pptx files. Right click on link, Save Target As. Change Save As Type box to All files (*.*) then save the file with the extension of .docx or .pptx depending on which it is. -Tim
